About Me
I have spent over two decades working at the intersection of trauma, altered states, and leadership development — across clinical training, academic research, entrepreneurship, in non-westernized and licensed psychedelic practice. [Complete bio here]
I know from personal and professional experience that this kind of work can be difficult, and also deeply meaningful.
My work is informed by lived experience with complex trauma, advanced academic study in trauma and clinical mental health, years of cross-cultural immersion, leadership, and licensed facilitation.
I work at the intersection of psychology, consciousness, and structural change — where insight must become lived integration.
If you would like a full professional biography, credentials, and training history, you can find that here.
ABOUT RACHEL
My work with trauma and integration is not only
professional — it is personal.
I grew up in an environment shaped by violence
and instability long before I had language for
trauma or the nervous system patterns it creates.
Understanding complex trauma and learning how
integration actually occurs became both a personal
and professional path.
Over more than two decades I have worked at the
intersection of trauma, altered states, and
leadership development across clinical training,
academic research, and emerging therapeutic fields.
