PSILOCYBIN SESSIONS
Psychedelic-Assisted Care
Psychedelic experiences can bring forward meaningful psychological and emotional material.
Preparation and integration help people approach these experiences with clarity and incorporate what emerges afterward into everyday life.
All work begins with consultation to determine
readiness and appropriate structure.
Psilocybin services are provided in accordance with Oregon Psilocybin Services (OPS) regulations.
Psilocybin is not approved by the FDA and is not a medical treatment. Participation does not require a medical diagnosis or referral. Services are limited to preparation, licensed facilitation, and integration support as permitted under Oregon law.
PHASE ONE
Preparation
Preparation sessions focus on readiness, personal history, intention, and context before a psilocybin experience. The goal of preparation is not to control the experience but to create a stable psychological and practical foundation for it.
Preparation typically occurs over one or more sessions prior to administration.
Preparation includes:
• Discussing expectations and concerns
• Exploring personal history and current life context
• Identifying areas of focus or intention
• Reviewing safety considerations & service guidelines
"I came in expecting the preparation sessions to be a formality. They weren't. By the time I arrived at the actual experience, I understood myself and my intentions more clearly than I had in years. That foundation changed everything about how the session unfolded."
T., THERAPIST
"I approached this work with significant skepticism and a lot of questions. Rachel took every question seriously. The care she brought to the preparation process — and her knowledge of the research — gave me the confidence to proceed."

Psilocybin Session
Under Oregon Psilocybin Services regulations, licensed facilitators may support a
psilocybin administration session at an approved service center.
During the session, the facilitator’s role is to provide a stable and supportive
environment while the participant engages with their own internal experience.
The session itself is not directed or interpreted during the experience.
The emphasis is on safety, presence, and respectful support.
"What I needed to know going in was whether I would be safe — not just physically, but in terms of what might come up. Rachel's presence throughout was steady and unobtrusive. I never felt managed or directed. I felt held."

Integration
Integration sessions support understanding and incorporating what emerged during the experience.
Integration may unfold over multiple sessions depending on the individual.
This process may involve:
• Reflecting on emotional or psychological material that surfaced
• Understanding connections to personal history or current life patterns
• Identifying practical shifts that may follow the experience
• Stabilizing insights so they can be lived rather than remembered
"I had spent years in therapy and personal development work. I understood my patterns intellectually. What the psilocybin work offered — with proper preparation and integration — was access to something the talking work hadn't reached."
K., PSYCHOLOGIST
"The integration work afterward was where the real shift happened for me. The experience opened something. The sessions that followed helped me understand what it meant and how to carry it into my actual life."
