Depth Integration

Long-arc work for trauma, non-ordinary states, and complex responsibility.

Long arc

This work unfolds over months. Often a year. Sometimes longer.
The length is determined by the depth of the material — not a preset program.

We begin with a conversation. Structure, duration, and scope are determined by the life in front of us.

Case by case

For those ready to work at the root

Not optimization. Not performance strategies. Redesign from within.

Depth Integration Work

Integration requires making sense of what happened, understanding how it shaped you, recognizing what is no longer current, reclaiming authorship, and living from coherence-with rather than reaction-to ourselves, others and the greater fields of life. Depth integration work often involves internal structural change — including shifts in identity, nervous system regulation, and relational patterns.

Most people learn to cope. Coping is intelligent. It keeps us alive.

Many learn to stabilize. Stability is necessary. It creates safety.

Some learn to perform well despite what remains unresolved.

And then there is another phase: Reorganization, metabolization and integration.

This work begins there.

I have spent over two decades working at the intersection of trauma, altered states, and leadership development — across clinical training, academic research, entrepreneurship, in non-westernized and licensed psychedelic practice. [Complete bio here]

Long arc

This work unfolds over time — not because change must be slow, but because structural change cannot be rushed. When identity reorganizes and long-held adaptations soften, continuity matters.

Long-arc work allows for preparation, disruption, integration, recalibration. It allows for pauses and returns. It allows the nervous system to stabilize into new organization rather than perform insight.

Sometimes this means months. Often a year. Sometimes longer. The length is determined by the depth of the material, not a preset program.

Case by case

This work begins with consultation because depth cannot be standardized.

We assess readiness, scope, and direction together. We clarify what you are working with, what you are not ready to work with, and what kind of containment the process requires.

Some people come for trauma integration.

Some for psychedelic preparation and integration.

Some for leadership under sustained pressure.

Structure adapts. Depth does not.

And work proceeds when there is alignment and mutual clarity.

For those ready to work at the root

There is a sequence to depth work.

Most people arrive here having already done the work of understanding.

They have insight.
They can name their patterns.
They know their history.

And yet something remains.

Phase One: Recognition

The quiet awareness that thinking has taken you as far as it can.
You function. You lead. You decide.
But something underneath feels unfinished.

Phase Two: Stabilization

You are not in crisis.
You have coping strategies.
You may have built competence or success.
Stability has been established.

But stability is not integration.

Phase Three: Reorganization

This is where we begin.
Working below symptom and performance.
Metabolizing what was adapted around.
Altering the internal structure that shapes how you relate, decide, and lead.

Phase Four: Coherence

Less internal friction.
Cleaner decisions.
Less compensating.
More alignment between who you are and how you move through the world.

This work begins in Phase Three.

Not optimization.
Not performance strategies.
Structural change.

Depth work requires steadiness. It requires patience. It requires the willingness to stay with material that does not resolve in a single session.

Psilocybin-Integrated Work

Includes preparation, licensed facilitation, and extended integration within a contained arc. Eligibility, safety screening, and informed consent are required prior to participation in licensed psilocybin services.

Psilocybin services are provided in accordance with Oregon Psilocybin Services (OPS) regulations. Psilocybin is not approved by the FDA and is not a medical treatment. Participation does not require a medical diagnosis or referral. Services are limited to preparation, licensed facilitation, and integration support as permitted under Oregon law.

Depth integration consultation

This is not a discovery call.

It is a structured conversation to determine whether this work is right for you — and whether I am the right person to hold it.

Depth Integration is long-arc, high-containment work.
It is not casual support.
It is not symptom management.

The consultation allows us to explore:

• Where you are now
• What feels unresolved
• What is changing
• What you are building toward
• Whether structural work is appropriate

If we both sense alignment, we will discuss next steps and container options. If not, I will say so clearly and respectfully.

Before Scheduling

Depth integration work is generally suited for individuals who:

• Have already done meaningful personal or therapeutic work
• Are stable enough for depth-oriented exploration
• Are ready for structural change rather than incremental adjustment
• Can commit to continuity

If you are in acute crisis or seeking short-term intervention, a different form of support may be more appropriate. I can help point you in the right direction.

Structure

Engagement is organized in structured arcs designed to support continuity and integration.

Scope and duration are determined together during consultation.

For clients engaging in licensed psilocybin services, additional screening, safety review, and informed consent are required.

What to Expect

The consultation is 60 minutes. We will speak directly and thoughtfully about your current structure, history, and direction.

You are not required to decide anything on the call.

This is a mutual assessment.
